Hi Andrew,

 

First, thanks again for all the help you have provided this week, above and beyond I know. If you need any recommendations, I am here. My friends in Kettering already know about you for sure. 

 Next week, as I believe you discovered, she has a hospital appointment on Monday 17th at noon. I only found out she was definitely going yesterday morning and thought I would not complicate communications about it during yesterday. To be honest I am surprised she decided to go. Transport has been booked and of course she will not need any carers at lunchtime. The appointment is at noon so hopefully she will be back for the late afternoon visit. Bill us as you need to. You've been very patient!

5. Andrew and team are easy to contact, they are reactive and adaptable and consistently go the extra mile in their support. We have been with Core Care for over a year now with my mother's mobility decreasing during that time and the care plan has been updated appropriately and extra support provided as needed. 7. The carers were all friendly and turned up on time. They treated my mother with sensitivity and respect which she responded to positively. A good plan for exercise (physical and cognitive) and hydration was put into place by one of the carers in particular and we are particularly grateful that she did so as we had no experience of doing such things. The carers were always punctual and Core Care Service Providers ensured that we would know who was attending in the following days/weeks and informing us of any changes that might occur. The fact that the company was prepared to support us on a flexible basis was particularly welcome as we did not know ourselves from day to day how our circumstances would change in relation to our father's health and time in hospital and then respite.
