Children & Young People’s Services
Core Care Provider Services supports children and young people aged 0–18 (and up to 25 with SEND where appropriate) with a wide range of needs – including complex health needs, learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and behavioural challenges.

We work closely with families, schools, local authorities and health professionals to provide safe, consistent support at home and in the community.
How We Support Children & Young People


Home-Based Care & Personal Support

Assistance with daily routines (morning/evening), including washing, dressing, and meals.

Support with medication and clinical tasks (if needed).

Night support, including sleep-ins or waking nights (if available).
Community Access & Short Breaks

Support to attend parks, clubs, activities, and youth groups.

Holiday and weekend support to allow family breaks.

Transport with WAV (where applicable).
We currently support children and young people referred by Northamptonshire Children’s Trust and local authorities, as well as private/self-funding families.
Learning, Communication & Independence

Assistance with communication devices and visual supports.

Support with life skills like shopping, managing money, and travel training (for older young people).

Collaboration with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).
Behaviour Support & Emotional Wellbeing

Calm, consistent support for children with distressed behaviour.

Clear routines and de-escalation strategies (avoiding complex terminology).
Family-Centered Approach

Collaborative planning with parents and carers.

Flexible support to fit around family life, school, and appointments.
