Children & Young People’s Services
Core Care Provider Services supports children and young people aged 0–18 (and up to 25 with SEND where appropriate) with a wide range of needs – including complex health needs, learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and behavioural challenges.
We work closely with families, schools, local authorities and health professionals to provide safe, consistent support at home and in the community.
